Service Description
Mindfulness & Yoga Club supports children's mental health and well-being through mindfulness, movement, and play. Designed for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers (ages 0 to 5), each class blends yoga, breathing exercises, music, storytelling, sensory play, and interactive games to help children develop confidence, emotional regulation, social skills, and a lifelong love of learning. What Your Child Will Gain Self-awareness and emotional regulation Focus and attention Confidence and resilience Communication and social skills Creativity and problem-solving Fine and gross motor development Kindness, empathy, and a sense of belonging What We'll Explore 🧘 Mindfulness Simple breathing, relaxation, and emotional awareness activities. 🤸 Yoga & Movement Playful yoga, music, games, and movement that build strength, balance, and coordination. 🌈 Sensory Play Hands-on exploration that encourages curiosity, creativity, and learning through the senses. 📖 Yoga Storytime & Fingerplays Interactive stories, songs, and rhymes that strengthen literacy, language, memory, and imagination. 💙 Community Circle Predictable opening and closing routines that help children feel connected, confident, and ready to learn. Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Refund Eligibility: Families may cancel up to 7 days before the first scheduled class to receive a full refund. Cancellations received within 7 days of the start date will not be refunded. After Classes Begin: Once the session has started, registration is considered final. No refunds or credits will be given for partial attendance, withdrawal, or missed classes. Special Sessions: For shorter or special sessions (not labeled A or B), cancellations must also be made 7 days prior to the first class. Exceptions: Refunds or credits may be issued in the event of a medical condition with a doctor’s note. Missed Classes: We do not provide make-up classes or prorated tuition for days a child is absent.
