Mindful Play Learning Enrichment Instructor

Mindful Play Learning is growing—and we’re looking for Mindful Play Learning Enrichment Instructors to join our community as both Independent Contractors and Student Interns. Through our work, we cultivate holistic wellness in children using mindfulness, movement, and imagination—guided by our 3 C’s of Play: Community, Creativity, and Cognitive Development.
Role Overview
As an Enrichment Instructor, you will lead engaging, structured sessions (Play Circles & Play Labs) in schools, libraries, and community spaces.

What You’ll Do

Facilitate mindfulness-based, play-centered sessions for early learners and youth

Lead activities including yoga-inspired movement, breathing, sensory play, and creative expression

Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment

Manage group dynamics and support positive behavior

Represent Mindful Play Learning with professionalism, warmth, and joy

Qualifications

Background in childcare, education, child development, or a related field
-
Minimum of 6 months teaching or facilitation experience

Passion for mindfulness, wellness, and play-based learning
-
Strong communication and classroom management skills

Must pass a clear background check

Preferred
-
Yoga certification or experience with mindful movement
-
Experience with SEL or trauma-informed practices
