Adult Wellness
Reimagined Through Play
Play-based wellness and team-building experiences designed to foster connection, creativity, and cognitive well-being for adults.

Mindful Play Learning brings the power of play into workplaces and communities through intentional, trauma-informed experiences grounded in psychology, mindfulness, and adult learning. Each PlayDate is thoughtfully designed to help adults slow down, reconnect with themselves and one another, reduce stress, and strengthen collaboration through meaningful play.

Play. Pause. Realign.
Why Play Matters for Adults
In a world that rarely slows down, adults need more than productivity tools. They need opportunities to reconnect, recharge, and remember the value of play. Play isn't a break from meaningful work. It is a science-backed approach to reducing stress, strengthening relationships, increasing creativity, and supporting cognitive well-being.

Every Mindful Play Learning PlayDate is grounded in The 3 C's of Play Framework, our signature approach that fosters Community, Creativity, and Cognitive Development. Through intentional, trauma-informed experiences, participants build stronger connections, spark new ideas, and leave feeling more present, energized, and aligned
Community
builds trust, belonging,
and psychological
safety by strengthening how people connect, communicate, and collaborate.
Creativity
fuels innovation and problem-solving by allowing individuals and teams to imagine possibilities beyond daily demands.

The 3 C’s of Play
Quarterly Wellness Series
The 3 C’s of Play: Quarterly Wellness Series is a three-month wellness experience intentionally designed to support sustainable well-being, not just temporary relief. Rather than offering a one-time workshop, this series allows teams to engage in play-based wellness over time, supporting deeper connection, reflection, and lasting change.
Each month focuses on one pillar of the 3 C’s of Play Framework, creating a balanced approach to team wellness that supports both individuals and the collective.

Quarterly Flow
Month 1: Playground — Community
Teams begin the series by strengthening connection and trust. Through circle time and collaborative play, participants build relationships, increase psychological safety, and establish a foundation of belonging that supports healthy team dynamics.

Month 2: Recess — Creativity
In the second month, teams shift into imagination and intention. Guided through a creative visioning experience, participants explore personal and shared goals and complete a digital or paper vision board. This session supports innovation, alignment, and renewed motivation.

Month 3: Field Trip — Cognitive Development
The series concludes with a mind-body reset focused on mental clarity and regulation. Through yoga, meditation, and sound bath practices, participants strengthen focus, reduce stress, and integrate sustainable wellness tools they can carry forward.

Why a Series Works
The Quarterly Wellness Series allows teams to:
-
Experience all three pillars of the 3 C’s of Play in a meaningful sequence
-
Build momentum and continuity across months
-
Move from connection → imagination → clarity
-
Create lasting wellness habits rather than one-time experiences

This series is ideal for organizations seeking a holistic, human-centered approach to adult wellness that supports engagement, creativity, and cognitive well-being throughout the year.
