Amaya Papaya LLC | Mindful Play Learning is seeking a HIGHLY motivated and results-driven Marketing and Digital Content Management intern with strong writing skills who is self-motivated and can work in a remote setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wants to work with a sole proprietor to gain valuable experience with a variety of clients and companies.
The digital content intern will assist in the execution of content marketing campaigns for the company and our clients, with a strong focus on writing, video creation and digital campaigns. Applicants should be comfortable taking direction and should also expect to take the initiative to learn about current and emerging digital trends.
ACTUAL THINGS YOU’LL DO
The work you do will vary and may be heavier in some areas than others. The following are the types of online marketing work you’ll perform:

Copy optimization for content marketing

Curate, research design and write blog articles and press releases

Develop email newsletter copy

Write website copy

Create effective, engaging graphics

Social media management

Reputation management
THE REQUIREMENTS
To be considered, applicants should have the following minimum qualifications:

Outstanding writing and editing skills

Advanced computer skills and strong familiarity with the web

Detail-oriented and organized
-
Familiarity with social media channels and audiences

Basic understanding of marketing concepts and principles

Quick learner who listens and asks good questions

Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work. This means you are willing to put in the effort/time required to get the job “done right” – not “done right now.”

Enough confidence to share your ideas, participate in business conversations and take (or give) constructive criticism.

A positive disposition and ability to play well with others
The intern is eligible for a stipend of $300 at the end of the semester. The stipend is contingent upon the successful completion of the internship. The intern will also receive paid meals during periodically scheduled in-person strategy meetings.
