are the intellectual property of Mindful Play Learning and Yolonda Deon Tyler and are protected under copyright laws.

Purchase of this manual grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal or approved educational use only.

No ownership rights are transferred through purchase.

Permitted Use

Purchasers may:

• Use the materials within their own classroom, homeschool environment, wellness space, or community setting

• Print materials for personal classroom use

• Utilize the content to facilitate activities directly with children and families

• Reference the materials for educational and facilitation purposes

Prohibited Use

Purchasers may not:

• Share, resell, reproduce, sublicense, or redistribute the manual or any portion of the materials

Each purchase is intended for:

One User / One Facilitator License

Additional facilitators or locations must purchase their own copy unless otherwise approved through a separate licensing agreement.

Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

All sales are final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once digital materials have been downloaded or accessed.

Certification & Licensing

Purchase of this manual does not grant:

• Mindful Play Learning Certified Facilitator status

• Licensing rights

• Branding rights

• Permission to operate under the Mindful Play Learning brand

Separate training, certification, and licensing agreements are required for those opportunities.

Updates & Revisions

Mindful Play Learning reserves the right to:

• revise curriculum

• modify resources

• discontinue access

Limitation of Liability

Mindful Play Learning is not responsible for:

• misuse of materials

• injuries occurring during activities

• improper implementation

• third-party use of downloaded materials

Users are responsible for implementing activities safely and appropriately within their own environments.
