are the intellectual property of Mindful Play Learning and Yolonda Deon Tyler and are protected under copyright laws.
Purchase of this manual grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal or approved educational use only.
No ownership rights are transferred through purchase.
Permitted Use
Purchasers may:
Use the materials within their own classroom, homeschool environment, wellness space, or community setting
Print materials for personal classroom use
Utilize the content to facilitate activities directly with children and families
Reference the materials for educational and facilitation purposes
Prohibited Use
Purchasers may not:

Each purchase is intended for:
One User / One Facilitator License
Additional facilitators or locations must purchase their own copy unless otherwise approved through a separate licensing agreement.
Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital products:
All sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once digital materials have been downloaded or accessed.
Certification & Licensing
Purchase of this manual does not grant:
Separate training, certification, and licensing agreements are required for those opportunities.
