Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing the Mindful Play Learning Teacher Certification with Foundational Mindfulness & Yoga for Early Learners Teacher Training. Please review our booking policy below. 1. Registration & Payment Full payment is required at the time of registration. A confirmation email will be sent after successful registration and payment. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations more than 30 days before training receive a full refund minus a $50 fee. Cancellations within 15-30 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. No refunds for no-shows. If the training is canceled, you’ll receive a full refund or can transfer to a future session. 3. Transfer & Rescheduling Policy Transfers may be requested 14 days before training (pending availability). A $75 fee applies for transfers within 14 days. Registrations may be transferred to another person with written notice 7 days before training. 4. Attendance & Participation Full attendance is required for certification. Late arrivals or early departures may impact certification eligibility. 5. Materials & Certification Participants receive digital and hard copies of training materials and a Certificate of Completion. {Participants are responsible for purchasing all items for their Mindful Play Learning Teacher Kit.} All items can be purchased from the MPL Amazon Shop: https://www.mindfulplaylearning.com/amazonshop You are not required to purchase the items from our Amazon Shop. You can get them from anywhere that works best for you and your budget. Items that should be purchased are: 1 Meddy Teddy 1 Scarf Set 1 Hoberman Sphere 1 Bubble Machine 1 Container of Bubbles 1 Rainbow Parachute 10 - 14 inch 1 Chime 1 Yoga Mat 6. Health & Safety Wear comfortable attire, bring a water bottle, dinner, and snacks. Notify us of any medical needs in advance. 7. Code of Conduct We promote a respectful, inclusive learning environment. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without a refund. By booking, you agree to these terms.
